Subjectively, I found the GP500 to have very precise grayscale OOTB. I measured an DeltaE of just 2.3 which is less than what's visible to the human eye but still quite good. The Dynamic Contrast function really added depth to Life of Pi's few night scenes and the color display was fantastic. Avatar looked very good as well.
GP500 Black
